Wilhelm*ina in Potsdam

Where the Imperial Court Train was stationed and maintained

The imperial court train was steamed day and night, so that the popularly named “travel emperor” Wilhelm II could drive at any time across Europe. The story of the last German Emperor and his escape to the Netherlands is now told in an exciting play at a historic location. The railway theater Das Letzte Kleinod comes on June 27 with its own train to Potsdam, is played in and around train cars. In keeping with the history of the train is right next to the wagon halls of the former Reichsbahnausbesserungswerkes, where the Imperial Court train was stationed and maintained until 100 years ago.
